No, you won’t be able to become a professional violinist. The age difference can be too big for musicians.
The older you get before you get sick, the more you get in touch with and learn your body. The other thing is to become a fan of your body so you get the most out of your physical exercise.
What are your hobbies?
I have a love for art, photography, music (in some form or degree): photography, drawing (painting) and classical (violin, oboe, cello, etc.) and I enjoy traveling.
When I’m traveling, it’s the same thing as when I’m in the cities. I’ll be listening to music, having a book or book-reading in the car.
Do you work at night?
Yes, I work at night from 5pm to midnight, which is the same times I normally work in the day.
What do you do to keep yourself motivated?
I exercise all week in my home town. I work out 3 days and rest the other. And after all that, I play violin at some other places, too. My goal is to learn so many songs, I can perform them with many different instruments in my hands.
What music genres are your favorites?
For music, I like classic, bluegrass, country, rock, soul, and jazz. I listen to classical and some opera music on occasion.
If I was to guess, I don’t follow any type of pop music…
I have not listened to that type of music since I was in third grade. I listen to most rock and pop songs.
When was the last time you went on a vacation?
The last time I went was to a resort in Alaska.
Tell me about where you currently live?
I live in Nantes, France. There I have a studio where I practice violin. I also have my house, a room with a bathroom and a bath. I cook what I need to eat for the day. I usually work a lot. I don’t study because I’m not an athlete.
Do you do any other hobbies?
I play golf in the summer with some friends. For tennis I don’t train at all.
Do you have a favorite composer?
I have a favorite composer who is very special to me: Johann Sebastian Bach.
